I am having big difficutlies understanding the concept of this excersice.
Is it supposed be done like this?
1) Upward stretch
2) Kgel 5 second hold
3) Reverse kegel 5 second hold
4) Let go of stretch and no kegels for 5 seconds
5) Repeat 1+2+3+4 for total of 50 times
Is that correct
