I am having big difficutlies understanding the concept of this excersice.

Is it supposed be done like this?

1) Upward stretch
2) Kgel 5 second hold
3) Reverse kegel 5 second hold
4) Let go of stretch and no kegels for 5 seconds
5) Repeat 1+2+3+4 for total of 50 times

Is that correct

What is the P.N.F strretch?

DLD BLASTERS.
From my understanding - you do the normal kegels first so you can grasp the feeling of the kegel muscle releasing properly (reverse kegel)... and then when you reverse kegel, you have to give a harder tug and hold it. then you should feel the penis get a bit longer as you are doing it.

It was BIG ALS secret new exercise
 
I don't know anything about it and don't even know if it exists or not. I think there are enough exercises without this new secret exercise. There is no miracle, you will grow a certain speed according to the effort you put in and your knowledge on it all.
 
PNF was posted here a long time ago.. do a search youll find it.. didnt look like anybody tried it but its pretty similar to blasters
