I'm trying to focus on base girth, but I haven't been able to find an explanation as to why hanging would do a good job of increasing it. Right now, I've stretched my ligs where I don't have a great erection angle and I don't want to make it any worse. So, I'm trying to understand the concept behind hanging. If its pulling additional shaft out that wouldn't help because inside it's the same thickness. Can someone tell me the physiology behind hanging or point me to a good post. I couldn't find one. Just different routines.
Second if hanging isn't good what's the next best thing for base girth? What is a good routine? What are some common risks of this routine? I head reverse jelquing and clamping . . .sounds a bit dangerous though pushing the blood that wrong way or maybe i'm thinking about it wrong.
Last, when I'm having sex in missionary position it hurts my gf. And I've had other gfs with the same issue. I was thinking maybe it's the angle and it wouldn't hurt as much if I had a better erection angle. Not sure, any other guys have this issue and any solutions they could offer?
