I know I could just send you a private message, but I thought this might be of interest to all.

I was reading with interest, your story of your road to enlargement that you posted quite some time ago. Your rapid size increase and then decrease got me very interested and I hope I can dig a little deeper.

You stated that very early on you reached a length of about 10.5 inches, but then backed off due to your fear of getting too big. But now it has taken you almost an additional 5 years to get back to almost where you were.

I also see that you have reached a girth of 7 inches, but are now at about 6 inches.

So my question is this: Wtf??? But seriously, what do you think allowed you to grow so rapidly back then? And what now has not allowed you to duplicate your earlier results in a comparable time frame?

If you were to take a snapshot of you back then and one of you now, what is different? Could it be diet, hormones, intensity of workouts, etc?

If you are interested, I would really like to get a discussion going on this. I think your history could tell us all a lot.

Great question, and I'll do my best to address it. BTW, there was a MOD at Thunders, I forget his name, who, I understand, had pretty much the same experience as I had.

I am not sure, but I think it would be the gradual increasing of intensity and time that I put into my routine when I started out, which I never repeated after I cut back. I kept increasing intensity and time and never cut back, from early October 2003 to January 2004. The house was mine during that time--no family to interfere with my routine. I was relaxed, totally unstressed, with all the time in the world. Each session got progressively longer and more intense, from simple jelqing to the stretches. I never replaced one routine with another--just kept adding more time, more intensity, more stretches.

Then work, family and other distractions took me away from that kind of routine and I was never able to repeat it. I was also put on meds, to reduce an enlarged prostate and to lower high blood glucose readings, (I am diabetic). The meds may also have been a factor.

I also had no goals in mind. I was just enjoying each session to its fullest with no thoughts as to where I was headed length or girth wise.

Another factor is my focus. When I started up again, I focused on the stretching over the jelq. I didn't kegel as regularly as I did during my first three to five months. I also cut back on my edging routine--during months four and five I edged regularly.

So the bottom line is I put in two to three hours of P.E. a day during those first months. Since that time, I have not been able to find that much in my busy schedule.
 
Well it doesn't get any more straightforward than that. I guess I was thinking that I was going to find the answer to some great riddle. The magic pill if you will. The techniques that had been put aside and then forgotten.

But of course, as in most things in life, it just boils down to plain hard work. If you don't put in the time, you don't get the results.

i like what you said right here...i am feeling the same right now...i'm not even concerned with measuring i just want to get months of pe behind me and enjoy being consistent.
