Question about stretching during Newbie Routine

It reads,
Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks​

So will I end up doing, for example, behind the cheeks to the left for 30 seconds three times, or does "3 Sets of each stretch" mean I do behind the cheeks three times (to the left, right, and down), and end up with doing behind the cheeks to the left for 30 seconds just once?

Yes, that is correct.

Aaahh.... Now that's confused me totally! DLD ... I've been doing 3 sets of each individual stretch so for example:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds. (x3 sets)
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds (x3 sets)
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds (x3 sets)

Is this incorrect? It takes me 25mins not incl warm up/down
 
yes, stretching takes about 20-30 minutes and each angle does get a 30 second stretch x 3. If this is too much you can reduce the reps.

Thanks DLD. That's exactly what I've been doing so am fine with the amount if sets. It's all good :-) Was worried I was doing too much for a minute there! Appreciate you're reply.

No worries there.... It'll be 1 month on the 29th Feb since i began Penis Enlargement so will def posting in my signature my start size & any gains from then on :-)
