Question About kegels

I have read here that guys are doing kegels to fill their glans with blood as well as the shaft. How exactly is that done and is it as efficient as taking a viagra if done correctly? I have been doing kegel exercises but wondering if I have been doing them correctly. Thanks
 
i just started Penis Enlargement, went too intense and got a bruise, have to take time out for a while and am stuck with just kegels.

im doing it intense though, feeling it deep into my P.

my erections are much harder and way more stubborn.
just from intense kegels.
 
The muscles you clench to stop the flow of urine are the same muscles used for a kegel. Easy stuff. Kegels are a key component to good Uli's and help out in all other girth exercises. I Kegel just before each jelq I do.
