when you do erect stretches should you see a temperary length gain if you measure after the session or not ?
because when i do flaccid stretches and measure i usually see about a quarter inch gain.?:(
 
Erect stretches are more geared towards cementing the temporary gains you get from flaccid stretching. You should see the same temp gain though.
 
ok becaus im like 6 3/4'' bpel and a little over 7 '' flaccid stretch ,if i keep doing the erect stretches that will aid me into cementing 7 inches in erect length?
also is it dld do you hold your erect stretches for 30 seconds or 1 minute? thanks

dang. I've been doing them all wrong.. I do like 3-5 seconds per direction.. I'm going to go for longer, that makes more sence.

30 Seconds is better, or longer if you are able.

yeah, that's something I haven't done. Do you do them with your girth work, it would be easier for me since getting hard at the end of my girth routine wouldn't be that tough :-)
