Question abaut the Matters of Size Penis Enlargement DVD

There are 5 Phases but must I do one Phase for a week and then the next Phase for a week?
I tryed it to do one Phase one week and I'm beginnning to star Phase 4 but my pennis isn't grow up or bigger or anything
 
Fast answer: Do Ph.1 until you no longer gain...only then move on.
Longer answer: Do some research on this site and you will discover the very best answer to your own question.
 
It should take around for you to start seeing gains, then try measuring each month and when you no longer see results from phase one move on to two
 
ok in the video i understood it so that in phase 1 I must warm up and then strechting my penis for 30 seconds in all directions then 600 basic jelqs and in all the exercices my penis must be normal (small) and i must do phase 1 so long how i see results when not i must do in a month phase 2.

How quickly, or slowly, you progress through the phases is entirely dependent upon how quickly, or slowly, your penis enlarges.

That's it.

That simple.

Commit that to memory, and drop the fuckin' calendar already.

Ok, let me try. I`m a newbie too but I have some knowledge already. You clearly have got it wrong if you think that one week is enough to do phase 1, thats`s nothing. Like Maxameyes have tried to tell, there`s not some exact time to do every phase, because how everybody gain varies very much. But I can tell you we are talking about months, not weeks. So start with phase one and waite patiently for the results. Then when your penis gets used to the exercises you can start doing heavier exercises little by little. If you don`t gain anything like in three months, then there is something wrong with your routine, so in that case ask for help in these forums! Guys will help. And I wouldn`t say you must follow those five phases religiuosly, I mean it`s a good path for sure, but the basic idea is to increase the intensity of your routine little by little. So do some research here and learn new methods and exercises. But don`t hurry, the phase 1/newbie routine will be ebough for the first couple of months.

So now, start with the phase one and don`t think about the time. Some gain faster, some slower, but the bottom line is you WILL gain at some point if you`re patient and consistent. Good luck to you!
