I used to go all day long (as I worked out of my house) but this did not bring gains faster, I gained at about the same rate as when I would invest much less time. Eventually it came down to working smarter. Girth is a no brainer, get at least 30 minutes of expansion and I'm good. im not concerned with how fast it takes...i just want to be effective and safe.
 
One thing I might recommend is taking a look at some of the videos (if you haven't already) in the video section. I started out thinking just like you. I thought "my dick is very important to me, so I don't want to screw it up".

My thinking changed after I started watching some of the videos and realized that I'm probably not going to hurt myself if I'm not silly with it. The video of the guy putting on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] piece was the kicker for me. The way the intensely stretched to get it on, was a real eye opener. I quickly realized that I was leaving gains on the table with my current intensity level. As long as you apply an increasing stretch, your body will let you know that your closing in on its limits. Its like getting on the floor and spreading your legs and trying seeing how far you can stretch your hands out. Your hamstrings (which are also ligaments) aren't going to snap from your applying a stretch to it. What gets people in trouble is when they start bouncing and jerking trying to get an extra stretch. Likewise, you want to stretch your penis with a steady, but increasing pressure. You'll be surprised at what it can do once its been slightly conditioned.

You're naturally cautious, so I doubt you'll end up hurting yourself.

Exactly. For me, it has been about learning how to know when I am getting an effective workout. I know how good expansion feels. I know how it feels when I'm doing what I need to do to get gains. I have learned to break past my mental barriers that used to hold me back during my workouts. I can now push myself to squeeze harder without fear of injury. I know what discomfort feels like, and realize that's all it is. I know as well that I don't want PAIN. Big difference.
 
thanks guys...i have been into this for years, but never really gave 100%

what i was trying to say (and i should have put this in the mental part) is that if i expect less and do more work i will be suprised with my results and will be even more motivated.

my biggest problem was having big expectations
 
Intensity is the way to go I believe. Short and Efficient is far better than longer and less efficient, but that's a no brainer, right :)
 
perhaps for some...but i gain slowly.. expecting an inch in a month or two is completly out of the picture for me...haha but i gain consistantly, so thats a plus ;)

I dont set limits on anything with Penis Enlargement or lifting. Of course your body will do what it wants but its good to have unreal goals to me. Same with bodybuilding, when Im told since Im young I cant reach a certain level yet, It just gas on my ALREADY intense burning fire to gain. Im the same with Penis Enlargement, go intense and push yourself as far as you want to take yourself.
