Purple/Blackish spot on the shaft. Any reason for worry ?

Hey,

I've been practicing DLD's First Routine for a week now and I think I might have gone a bit overboard with the intensity of the exercises.
What exactly are these spots and should I pause my routine for a bit to let it heal ?

That is a bruise and will go away in a few weeks, nothing to worry on, it happens to all of us at one time or another.

For bruising you should by Arnica Gel, most larger pharmacies carry it.

Is there any way to avoid this and still achieve good pressure? I used the size guide buying my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] but I think my girth (a little more than 6") might be too much for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hercules[/words]? I ordered some sleeves this afternoon to see if those help. Any thoughts on that?

How did you bruise it all the way down there?

I strongly recommend Arnica cream/gel as PR69 has mentioned, along with Calc Fluor Cream and Calendula cream. These are good alternatives to chemical creams as these are natural and u can apply as much as you need every day
