pumping while wearing an extender?

Hi guys
i was wandering about the idea of pumping while wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. My thought was the penis is in the stretched state. Then pump to expend. I think it makes sense but something tells me this might be dangerous. Maybe at low pressures it could be ok, who knows. Oneproblem i can think of of is that you would need a larger diameter tube.
Has anyone tried this?
 
Dont want to tear up that sensitive skin under the head now do we. Does the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] fit in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]? I do not have either in my hands to check.
 
Since you are usually at max stretch point while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], to start forcing the tissues to expand outward at the same time probably will exert force on the skin under the noose/comfort strap to pull away from the mounting device. Also probably will cause a lot of pain and suffering. This assumes you can find a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]/cylinder large enough to fit an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] inside without breaking the bank.

No DLD, I was attempting to convey the combo of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with the vacuum attaching chamber. Glans is exposed to a vacuum effect, while penis is extended.

Have you experienced head growth due to using the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]penimasterPro[/words]? Or, is it just a more comfortable way of mounting the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?
