Pumping question
There are tons of sites where you can buy pumps online. For regular penis pumps, the cheapest are on eBay. For ball pumping, I recommend visiting pumptoys.com because they have a well written series of informative articles, including how to build your own inexpensive two-stage cylinder out of a sun tea jar. Of course, they also have a store where you can buy the cylinders and pumps.

There are quite a few ball cylinders and pumps on which you could spend well over $100. But in your case, I recommend the economy approach: a converted sun tea jar (STJ) with the STJ Precision Seal from pumptoys.com. Although you can convert and use an STJ without a seal (I've done it), the Precision Seal makes it much more comfortable and gives you an air tight seal so that you don't need to repump as often to restore lost vacuum.
Using the STJ you can practically double your ball size in under an hour. Semen volume will also significantly increase. Of course the effects are only temporary and usually dissipate in less than a day. However it's long enough to experience having incredible sex with two huge, heavy, bouncing balls, and then shooting an enormous load.
Now if you continue pumping over an hour, then your scrotum will gradually expand in size as it fills with lymph fluid. If you do this for several hours, you'll end up with a freakish ball sac the size of a cantalope. :O This effect can last for several days and will really stretch your scrotal skin, which will allow your balls to hang lower.
However, walking around for several days with a melon in your pants can be difficult, if not downright embarrassing. And that's assuming that you can even get your pants back on! rofl So don't plan on participating in any sporting activities.
