Pump optimization

What’s up brothers? Been a while for me since I’ve been building my career, but I wanted to hop on and remind people about some pumping techniques wether it’s bathmate or other pumps. When you are pumping, you NEED to Kegel and reverse Kegel! If you don’t you are wasting time essentially... Do at least 20-30 Kegels and then a long reverse Kegel and repeat. You should see the pump moving, and if done correctly at the right pressure, the pump will rise. All you have to do is find your sweet spot of Kegel and reverse, and then build your routine from there. DLD, Big Schwanz, and Still Want More will most likely tell you the importance of the work as well, but if you want to get big (and solid) do it, this gets overlooked way too much. Yes we have been preaching about doing both Kegel and reverse kegel during the session when pumping.

The highest possible EQ at max pressure for the entire BM session along with Kegels and RK's are my recipe for gains

So important! Kegels are completely necessary to getting a solid eq as you grow,

Permit me to say you weren't doing it right and that's why it took you 5 years to gain an inch. I will gain 1 inch in girth within 1 year by the time I start working on girth.

You seem to say everything I do is wrong and that you can do better.

I happen to to be very happy with my 1.1” gain in girth even though it took me five years. Bear in mind the first 3/4 inch came much quicker. It would be interesting if you could point out the percentage of members who have achieved over one inch in girth gains.

By the way, I joined MOS to be helped and to help others, not to be criticizeded on all my posts. It is my understanding that each guy responds differently to PE. Anyway, Good luck with your one year goal.

You must have misunderstood my point. If you had followed the SRT procedure on how to do girth exercise, you would have made quicker gains.

How long were you training for? A year, 6 months, etc.

I did not formLly train. I had been pumping with a Vacuum Erection Device several days a week prior to sex for several years to overcome my ED.

Wow, it sounds like you grow quickly. I would suggest SRT for the best possible gains in the shortest time. Have a read through and see what you think. It is not written in stone so you can modify but run it by me to be sure it is a proper replacement. I think you will really dig it.
 
I don't get how you guys are Kegeling effectively when the Pump is pressed down hard against the base and especially constricting the Urethra? When I try to Kegel in a pumped state it's like a weak Kegel

I'm like DAFAWQ DUDEZ?

I feel same way but the kegel still works.

A Kegel is simply a flex of the Pelvic Floor Muscles, why is this difficult in the BathMate? Most men kegel when in the BathMate.

I don't have a fixed time and I don't count it, I just kegel and reverse kegel.

I like the idea of pulsing kegels through the entire routine So quick short kegels to keep as much blood in as possible.
