Hey guys,

I know that everyone grows at different paces, but this is the routine I will begin in about a week and I want to know how fast you think I will grow. I am currently about 7.5 BPEL x 5.75 EG.

Morning
20 Minutes of Jelqing
10 Minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]


Evening
1 Hour of as intense as possible manual stretching
10 minutes of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]


I will post results as I grow, but how long do you think it will be before I gain:

1 inch in length and .25 in girth
2 inches in length and .5 in girth
3 inches in length and .75 in girth


With this routine would it be possible for me to hit 1 inch in length and .25 in girth within 6 months from now?

Dude...You're not doing yourself any favors by asking these questions (again).

You know what the exercises are, and you know what they do. So do them and see what happens :)

Edit: I just reread the first line as I was scrolling up. Why are you waiting a week to start?
 
Nobody can predict that. "Intense" varies. Why not hang for an hour? That's controlled and you know exactly how much resistance you're using, vs guessing with your hands. Jelqs are basically a warm up exercise. Why bother? I'd replace the jelqs with more SSJs.

Hang for an hour straight or in 20 min reps?

And do them long enough so you do not cheat yourself out of gains by switching things up too much. As seven_wants_ten_even though_I am eleven said, do them and see what happens! :)
