I've been doing DLD's routine for a week, stretches and jelqs etc. Yesterday I held some blood into my dick (I used to do this as part of masturbation anyway) before jelqing to get the blood flowing. I manually 'clamped' for about 10 seconds three times. Anyway, this morning I wake up and go to the shower to start my routine, and I've got a bruise like pain that only manifests itself when my penis is stretched or pressure is applied (such as during a stretch or a jelq). This meant I had to cut my routine short.

How long will this 'injury' last? Should I discontinue exercises until it is better?
As I said it isn't there unless I exert force on the penis...Like now I feel nothing.
So yeah.. any advice welcome, please :)

That happened to me, It's normal, don't worry. Trust me, I've been through worst injury, that's nothing. Still got the war-scars from the last session.
 
My penis was sore non-stop in the first 2 weeks. Now, it has waned considerably. It just takes some time to get conditioned to all of this.

Indeed. Too many guys worry about this and really shouldn't. The penis skin is extremely thin and when we use such strong blood pressure, as seen in most girth work, bruises, blood spots, broken capillaries, etc. will all be common. It happens less and less as you advance. Believe me, you will get to a place in Penis Enlargement where you miss these obvious marks of progress.
