I have only started to stretch and use yoga poses recently. However, I have found one that may be beneficial in Penis Enlargement. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), often called the goddess pose or exhaulted warrior feels wonderful for the pelvic region. Some benefits reported for this pose include:
Stimulates abdominal organs like prostate gland, bladder, and kidneys
Stimulates the heart and improves general circulation
Stretches the inner thighs, groins, and knees
Helps relieve the symptoms of stress, mild depression.
Opens the chest, hips, the groin.
Stimulates the uro-genital, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
Increases vitality in digestive organs.
And basically frees energy flow in the pelvic area, while strengthing and toning the lower body.
Before being biast go ahead and mix it with some exercises in the pose and it will hopefully help in your gains. If anyone knows any other poses that maybe beneficial post them here, thanks.

Wow this sounds great, so doing this Yoga pose, is it just sitting like "Indian Style" basically? Because besides doing bench pressing, sit ups, and leg raises. This sounds really good for flattening the fat pad which is one of my main goals, will these yoga poses you speak of flatten and tone the fat pad above your penis? because if so i wanna know how to do them and incorporate that with everything else im doing
 
I am still continuing my research on it, I personally have only been doing it for a week. The benefits I have listed is from various well known yoga sites. From personal experience as for the fat pad I feel it could be dealth with in this pose because the tension you will most likely feel is on the outter rims of the fat pad. Its an Indian style pose where the bottoms of your feet are flat together and you lay back. I lay on the bed or floor to do it. Then you try to lower your knees to the floor causing some tension, you shouldnt feel pain. If its too uncomfortable, put something like a pillow behind your back so your know laying down all the way or keep your knees just at the line that feels comfortable with pillows or blankets. Its a nice feeling and after doing Penis Enlargement in this pose, I slept this way.
