also i said before that all i wanted was length gains so

im doing only 100 wet jelqs phase 1 manual stretching and kegals do u think

If length is all you want then you can skip jelqing. Your best bet is to do a couple sessions a day of manual stretching. As far as increasing your angle the best thing would be kegels.
