Please Help me with girth exercises guys, anyone with advice?

I am almost 8 inches but i DEF need to improve my girth, i dont even want to gain length at all

2 questions:

1: what exercise have you guys done to improve girth?

2: how much have you gained in what length of time?

first and most importantly what are you doing now for girth work?
 
Thanks for the quick reply DLD, right now im not really doing anything, i tried one of the exercises where you clamp your hand at the base and clamp the head and push the blood towards the base, ive only dont that twice and it gave me some good pumps, but i dont know what i am doing or where to start, like i said i dont want to add length at all. I really appreciate the help.
 
Hey d money, Thanks for the quick reply. I appreciate it. Can you tell me how to clamp? and how long and how many days a week i should do it? i will definetly start doing this today. also what type of results have you personally gotten from this? THANKS
 
just check out the clamping section. the vets can teach you way better than me. i haven't been doing it long, but i can already tell gains will come. i've gotten like .1" in a week or two. after 3 months, that's when the results should be more noticeable
 
So far all the girth I've gained, not sure how much that is though but I'm just under 6" in girth, have come from jelqing and manual trapping (mainly Ulis and variations thereof). I've only recently started clamping but I like the expansion so far. I think a combination of the three might give good results but I won't know for sure for another 3-4 months.
 
envision, a common mistake in Penis Enlargement is to jump right to advanced exercises. When you do that, you "skip" some potential easy gains from more basic exercises. You also run a higher risk of injury. The most basic exercise for girth, which is also a really good one for general health, is jelqing. Start with that and give it a little time. Also, this will prepare you for more advanced exercises.

I really have no idea because back when I started all I cared about was length so I didn't even measure girth. I pumped a bit back then and did plenty of jelqing at high erection levels so I'm guessing I gained some girth that way. My measured gains in girth has been about half an inch which really makes a big difference. Hoping for another half inch or so from clamping though.

A half inch does make a huge difference. When I see this kind of expansion it allways blows my mind how big of a difference it is.

And boy do the ladies notice it when your walking down the beach in tight speedos ;-)

I got to get some speedos:) I think it may be disturbing to the average beach goer...I might ruin some of the beach goers days.:)
 
Ok , my only concern with jelquing is that will it make me gain length? because i dont want any more length so i was skeptical about starting that exercise because i dont want to get longer. Any opinions guys? can i start clamping for short amounts of time and then slowly gradually move up?
 
I think jelqing would be good for you, jelq at a higher erection level and as far as length goes there's only so much you can gain lengthwise your probably done or almost done.

Most likely 95% of those who jelq with consistency and good form gain girth from jelqing.
