i am 17, 5foot 8inch
my stats are as follows
EL - 6.25 EG - 4.5
short term goal - EL - 7 EG - 5
long term goal - EL - 8 EG - 6-6.5
i do P.E as much as i can normally around 3-4 days a week which i do
for length - manual stretching in every direction
for girth - 10min dry jelq, 10-15min wet jelq and 20min clamping
so r my goals realistic and when do u think that i will get to my short and long term goals with this type of routine
