Good indicators tells us to continue and that is possible to increase tension. Etc. While bad indicators tells us to slow down.
Example for good indicators. Growth. Night & morning woods.

It feels like your blood pressure just drops and your penis drops to 70% erection. An indicator that your penis has been too stressed out and need a few more days of break, and come back with light sessions.I started to pay attention and i did see differences in some periods or even single days that i wake up with good wood. And other days while none or almost none. And i wonder if i should try to finetune my excercises based on that.

A nice long break like that will help the tissues to reset, relax, and stabilized. Like our brother kriskos indicated, a few months of relaxation from PE, his hard working results suddenly revealed the gains from all the months the gains didn't. When i first reintroduced LM around 3 weeks ago after a long break i could feel all my tissues are streching sooo good. It was great feeling. I also felt like my inner penis streched out. So amazing that i said to myself wow with that strech i'm definetly going to grow this time.

It's like my penis is resisting and becomes stiff (not physically, but metaphorically) and i feel almost no strech. And if i increase the tension i mainly feel pain (sharp'ish kind) in the inner penis.

Measure your traction load after a day of rest. It's much more accurate as your body tends to reset the sensation of pain blocking.I really don't go wild with the LM. I use it twice a day for 10min each. I don't apply really high force at all. I use it two or three days in a row and then one day break.

No, no. Don't take that many days off. Just keep on using the LM according to the routines. Rest based on the days of rest. When you see the length reduced in growth, reduce the length workout by easing up on the routines' total time, switch to girth. The easing out time is around a month. This is to partially cement the length gains while you refocus on the girth. Then take a break from LM while you use the pump and hands to keep your length while focus mainly on girth. A break from length can be a month to 2 months until your girth starts to slow down. What you are doing is creating an overlap of routines and not letting up on the stimulation of growth.I took some time to reflect on that.
So in that case i only reintroduced LM again 3 weeks ago after months without. It felt good then it stopped.
I suppose i should take another couple of months break now. Right? So i guess i might need to do some trial and error. Maybe take 3-5 days break and try again.
Connect the end of the scale to a sofa or a solid location. I tied mine to long rope and use my feet and hands to hold onto the rope. Use the hook end to hold onto the plates' black strap/loop. Make sure pull downwards when you measure. It's more accurate to determine the "actual" traction force in attacking the ligs and muscles. You can do the same for the BTC. It'll be difficult to look behind you but that's what your phone is for. Record mode! When you feel that tension, say, "Right there!" Or "Oooohhh yeah baby!" My wife looked at me weird when I said that , but she knew what I was doing.
When you use the LM for the BTC, if you hit the right angles, the same amount of force going down will be the same amount of force for the BTC, feeling like you are ripping your penis right off. It's about searching for that effective angles. Sticking your butt out while sitting down will yield the angles to you.And yeah i guess i read many posts about how we should increase the tention over time and brother SIM was saying he used so much force as "like he wanted to pull his dick off". Even i knew i would never try to reach that amount of force i assumed i use low force have a long way of adding more and more force. But i guess maybe everyone is different.

Today i measured 11.5-11.7cm of girth after 96 hours with no girth work.
My original girth was 10.5cm. So it seems i got around 1cm gain so far.

Yep, this is the primary issues for most cheap pumps out there with improper suction or improper measuring. Luckily you discover early on before any worst case scenario kicked in.In today's girth session i had to stop early.
Weird thing.. with one small pump the gauge went high up (like when the valve is closed and there is no real suction). Suddenly the gauge went maybe 2-3inhg higher with small pump ended up at 10.5.
Good man. This is crucial that we do not engage any further activities when you know something didn't go right. The cold feeling is the indicator that the nerve branches went too far in either tearing for pushed by the internal tissues to the point where the nerve cannot detect the neuro connection at the nerve endings.I find it hard to believe it was true since i didn't felt or saw my penis reacting accordinly. I was wow since i reached that inhg lets stay here for 20sec.
Anyway.. after that on my c jelqs. Something started to feel off.
I had internal cold feeling inside my dick. Some weird dull pain but almost not felt. Just off feeling.
I said to myself ok.. im not taking any chances here. Im gonna stop now.
I tempted to do one more pump at low pressure and felt some minor uncomfortable. And then i stopped.
For now, you can do light downward jelqs for the next few days. Consider it as rest days to recover. Use MOSRED for the next feel days as well. However, you can provide passive stretching during this healing period using loose sleeves or loose wraps. The continuous warmth and elongation will force the penis to receive the blood flow it needs for healing.Immedietly did MOSRED. And skipped the ring. After few hours i felt better.
Bottom line. Safety first. If i wasn't injured in my past i might have not notice today the early warning signs.
Sudden surge in a Bathmate pressure between the hose and the pressure gauge, I can only suspect either the quick connector didn't snap on tightly OR, the sudden dislodged of something in the pressure valve at the top of the unit while under pressure caused it. It could be dead skin, old lube, mineral build up, or even lose hair. Always good to perform quick light maintenance after every month, use or unused of the BathMate.Actually i used the Batemate with the gauge mod as always. Not sure what went wrong.

Don't worry so much about it. There is expansion and that's what you want. You are easing back in. Allow the tissues to ease back in as well. The key is progressive expansion. As long as you have expansion, you are good.Hi
I had today my first girth work since "the incident".
Went ok. Took it lightly and with caution.
Before the workout i measured 11.8cm which is good and im happy about my gains. Wonder if that is only from girth work or also little by the ADS since i use maximum vaccum or almost max.
after expantion 12.3 which is not so great.
My new short term goal is to be above 12.0cm before girth work. And reach to 13.0cm expansion
Hm, that sounds like 70% restrictive flow. Use a light layer of wrap at the base to add some thickness compress on both sides of the penis. That will increase the restrictive flow up to 80% or even 90%.By the way about after ring.
I use the smallest sili rings. I out it while im 80-90% erect and it fell to 30% within 2-3 minutes. And to 15% maybe after 10min. Not sure it suppose to be like that.

Decided to take some decon break for two weeks or so.
Reasons: no length gains since april 2024.
Felt pain near my base in last pumping session.
My glans needed to heal from vaccum of ADS.
Moving on - I plan to use new extender with high intensity under infra red heat of around 40-42c - 1 hour a day. And use ADS for the rest of the day.
For girth same 553. I consider introducing bit soft clamping.
P.s measured girth today after a week break. Doesn't seem i lost gains.

A decon break is sometimes just what we need. Not only physically but also mentally as it allows us to think on exactly what we need and what we should change to make our routine bettter. Sometimes it means you need to up the intensity to get things jump started. Take this break but also consider what I said.

Yes, this is true, but at the same time, the trigger can and will fail. 80%+ cases that came through the emergency rooms from penile injuries were due to hard clamping devices with quick release triggers that ultimately failed. This was why the campaigns from the device manufacturers for a few years warned males not to use the devices for hard clamping. However, if you can modify the hard clamps with safety measures, go for it. I have, and still have them for references.To my understanding there is hard clamping with a plastic or soft clamping with a silicone rings or sleeves. While soft seems less aggressive i also read that with hard you have quick release bottun while with soft it takes time to start removing all the sleeves.
SiliRings is meant to assist with stronger penile blood constriction on top of the natural venous blood constriction. If you have weak venous blood constriction, then additional needs is needed. Example, a combo of a tighter sleeve and SiliRing, or as for me, I also use TheraBand and SiliRings or TheraBand and sleeve. Cutouts.To my understanding putting one sili ring for example not considered soft clamping as it doesn't keep all the blood inside and maintain an erection by itself.

I want to change the order of my routine. I would like to get feedback on that.
I used to do length work in morning then put ADS. Then at night do girth work.
I want to change that to high traction length work morning. After some rest 30-60 minutes girth work and put the ring for a little while.
Then put ADS for the rest of the day until bed time.
Is there negative side to it?
There's a mentality that length before girth is better overall, and girth before length hinders the growth. In reality, both plays a crucial role in providing a see-saw effects. Girth produces expansion and flexibility to the tissues elongation, and length provides malleability to expand further. There is really no detrimental effects on putting either one first or second.I was avioding it because the "length work before girth" attitude and ads considered length. But i use it only with low traction force so i wonder if that should be an issue

Pain below the base of the penis is possibly putting too much traction force against the muscles and ligaments. You probably feel the ligament tear or muscle tear. Ease up a bit. You can have a day or two of rest, and resume with a bit less traction force. Take advantage of that tear to pull out the inner segment a bit more.I feel today some pain like in the inner penis area. Like behind the base inside my body.
Recall how much traction force you've implemented, and what exercise method you've approach. This might be the magic zone for your inner penis pulling. Most stumbled onto this by accident.I wonder if that is related to the bundled extendending or to last night girth work.
