Yes to the plateau question. The penis adapts to the intensity and rigorous exercises. Otherwise you would keep gaining with the same intensity and routine.

It is recommended to rest at least 1-2 days for advanced people and 2-3 for intermediate. I at one time went and did a routine everyday but i believe i didn't gain from it because i didn't have adequate rest.
 
If you Plateau it is time to do two things. Once you have a routine created please post so we can critique. Plateaus happen to every long term PE artist, getting past them takes a reset and a concerted effort the supersedes the present routine.
 
if you are not gaining you probably need less rest not more, no offense. gotta go hard and get those gains. dig deep for some motivation and kill it

Keep you body guessing and adapting

Just like skeletal muscle, I'm probably going to hit the tunica harder now since i can finally bundle without pain!

You will know when you get there and do not become discouraged, all you will need to do is create a more intense routine and I will help you when ready.
 
There might be more value than we realize when we keep our d!cks guessing...I've been taking 2-3 consecutive days off per week from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and am able to get back to my 'personal best' measurements on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] gauge by my 2nd day back. I think adding bundles have really solidified what I've gained and helps with new growth.

@kyomoto - Thanks man, wish it was more of course, BUT, at least progress is afoot! What I love the most is some of the guys that are here that are STARTING where I want to END:} And yes, that's always the risk in something like this but to me the worst part isn't knowing.

Looks good, I would watch over the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] sessions to be sure you are not taking in too much retention or causing discoloration. I always suggest the 5 x 5 x 3 as this is the safest method of pumping that brings the best results. So something to think about. Lastly I suggest you add in some Expressive stretches and Bundled stretches before both, lengths and girth routines. Other than that it looks great.

No problem my Brother. You do not have to upgrade yet if there is still room to grow but once you have reached the level of length or girth being close to max it is time to change.

I do these clock-wise and counter clock-wise for 5 minutes each then do non-bundled the same way (these would be more like the 'expressive' stretch). Try increasing the vacuum pressure. If you were staying in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for 5 minutes before try 10 minutes now. There is need for expansion during your girth session, you should be able to see at least half inch expansion after a girth session.
