My suggestion would be to do some mental exercises in order to overcome obstacles that invariably arise...this is a marathon not a sprint, so prepare accordingly
 
What do you mean ? Which mental exercises? Where i can find some info About them? Thanks you for your respond !

I guess what I meant by that was to maintain 'positive self-talk' and don't get discouraged. I made the mistake of not recording any empirical data when I first began which allowed some doubt to creep-in due to the incremental nature of PE. My suggestion would be to take as accurate measurements as possible and record them somewhere for reference, this way your mind will have no other choice but to accept the fact that you gained. Just my $0.02

I will try to keep motivation on the right way, i will try to stay confident atleast for this year, thats my new year promise to myself :) and also i will keep posting short info About my daily routines :)
