This particular picture looks photoshopped. But I have seen men look like this who had silcone pumped into the penis. AKA Master P. Do an internet search.

Gotta be silicone or saline or something, maybe wasps. I've pumped quite a bit for years and ain't ever had anything even remotely close to that kind of shit happen. But then again I don't go the the major swelling from pumping, I think its sick and disgusting.
 
You can see the scar from surgery running down the left side of the shaft. He may pump but this is evidence to work being done. It's gross, and I wish I had never seen it. I hope it falls off one day. Anyone who does that to themselves doesn't deserve to have a penis at all, as it is obvious that they wish it would just fall off from how they treat themselves. It's distrubed behavior, and it's just nasty that they feel the need to share it with the public. I mean please keep your closet doors closed and don't broadcast it to the whole world.
