firstly, how many people follow DLDs phase routine? I am, but it seems many people posting on here are trying their own thing out.

secondly, could anyone give me a suggested or average timeline for DLD'S phase programme.
ive done 6wks on phase 1, now done 6 wks on phase 2 but not sure whether i should move on to phrase 3 or not. DLD suggests phase2 can be quick for some or not for others but at the intro to phase3 he suggests its common most by now will have experience 3-4inch growth?!!!!
Has anyone had that in under 3months or at all??

my length has gone up just under an inch but i feel im in an even period- do i really have to wait for more substancial growth before i start on phase3.

lastly, How long do you think it takes pe'ing(!) everyday to get to phase5's retirement stage?
 
basically you move up a phase when you plateau. there is no point rushing to get to phase 5 when you could still gain more from phase 2. id say stick with phase 2 untill you think the gains are slowing or stopped then move to phase 3. or alternatively like most people here, increase the intensity of the origional workout. i personally didnt see much results on phase 2 so went back to phase 1 and just increased the intensity. i do about an hour manual stretches, then slammers, then 800-1000 wet jelqs, then 1 or 2 more slammers, and if i got time before bed about 5 mins more manual stretches. so its generally the way you feel about your routine and what works best for you.

im sure ive hit a plateau so ill try a change. ive just start slammers and i mite step them up. ive got a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device and use that 9hrs day (mostly while i sleep- cant see how u do it any other way!) do u think i should spend time doing the stretches when i could substitute that time for doing slammers etc?

And like was said you stay with a phase till you have gained all you can from it then make it more intense.

My Penis Enlargement has always been hit and miss, due to my hectic lifestyle. I incorporate a hybrid of phase 1 and 2, with a couple personal variations thrown in. I just see no need to progress it further, because I still feel like I can growth off phase 2. I have tried some of the more advanced techniques in the past, to experience them, but I don't feel they're necessary in my case at this time.
 
ull find that as u get thru the routines, you will become more self reliant. You will have your own routines by about phase four neway, with what works best for you. imo
