Hey guys! Im all new to this site and rutines (done [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before, dident do sh*t for me:)). Just a quick question. Im at phase 1 now have been there for 2 weeks. The warm up, basic streth, jelqs, PC muscle, testical massage and warm down routines takes around 30min to do, compared to the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]Jes[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] which took atleast 4 h. Anyway, is that enough or should it take longer? Feels kind of short time :s

Whatever works for you, I'm pretty sure some people can achieve more in 30 minutes then some in an hour, depending how dedicated you are to pushing yourself through the breaking point.. Hold for that extra second, push that little bit harder, all these little things count, time isn't an issue if you feel your ligs burning afterwards, you know you've done a good job
 
Actually, I do gaining (well, atleast in flaccidy). Maybe if I ask the question the other way, how much time did you spend on your phase 1 going through all the exercises? If anyone can recall that :)

I remember I gained like 0.7 inches or so with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] doing 30 minutes per day pretty fast in length, after that everything slowed down, but aslong as there is still some gains, thats fine with me

That it. Never change any routine if you are gaining. The only time you should change a routine is when you have plateaued or did not see gains.
