Recently started using my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] again to help correct some retraction issues I've been having from severe overtraining.

Back when I originally bought my unit, they had advertised that you would get free set of the rubber things. Months passed and I never received them. I emailed them, and it took them 8 days to reply to a simple question. They asked me the size I need and my shipping address, and they would send them. They never came.
I got tired of waiting, so I just paid for some new ones, and once they got some money, they were all over my order and shipped it to me asap.
Problem was, they shipped me the small size which was not going to work. Emailed them again, took 3 days to respond, told them about the incorrect order, and never heard from them again.

Now here we are, well over a year later, and I had ordered some new rubber sleeves once again. This time I got the correct ones.

I used it for several days, then one of the tension rods came apart. I emailed them 6 times now, and surprise surprise, no answer.

Great product, but the most terrible service I have ever encountered. So now I'm stuck with a product that is useless because the manufacturer can't take the time to respond to a simple email about a broken part.
 
A good indicator of how devoted they are to providing support for their product is to look at how active their rep Julian is on these boards. Last time he posted was October of last year....lol

If they had an actual page on their website that you could order replacement parts it wouldn't be a big deal if they never answered emails or phone calls, but that is not the case.

I don't like going around bashing a product or their service, but in this case my complaints are fairly reasonable from my perspective.

I agree their device might sell like hot cakes and they must be making millions. But if they cannot support the brotherhood of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] they should be doomed.

I've had no problems at all to get in touch with their support. But I contacted their German support, not the international one. And the PF is definitely not useless. Combined with a solid, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]-Style routine, it will bring you great gains.

Unbelievably excellent product but customer service is poor. We have tried over and over to get better service but I guess they rest on the laurels that their product is so good they do not need to give great customer service. If they would only change this policy and see customer service being just as important as the quality of their product their business would explode.

But I agree with you, I think the PF by itself will not give anyone the gains they wish for. And it's sad that their customer support isn't spot on! Of all the available PE tools, the PF is the only one that's listed as a medical device. And their homepage is very well made too. I really don't know why they neglect service for the Brotherhood :/ Maybe they don't want to make business with "shady" PE boards, you know? I mean the fact that a man actually CAN enlarge his penis has not reached the public yet! Also there is competition on this site in form of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words], maybe they don't want to deal with that?

LIGHTNING is putting this together for us so than him when it happens. A quick feedback. I bought the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] around 18th of june and received it three days ago. It was sent from Malta (I'm in France).

I tried to put it but didn't succeed for the moment (it slips, but I'll learn quickly. Every PE tools has its learning curve).

About the email support: I sent an email to the PF customer support at end of june to ask if I would receive it before I leave on holiday.
They answered by email the next day and gave me a quite accurate delivery date (I received the PF the day after the date they mentioned).

So, all in all, it's quite a positive feedback. I agree that price seems too high when you see components... it's just molded plastic. I'll see in a few months if this investment was a good one.

I'm not doubting you here at all - just surprised as Julian is more active on another board, and would be a great coup if you essentially took over the "contact" for all their support. (Julian seems to be a stand-up guy though from what I can tell, so not wishing him any ill-will here)

I mean I want to take over all the stuff he does not deal with. Things like orders, warranty, answering questions, etc. Julian should really take more time to spend here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] but he doesn't so we need to do something to keep customer service high.

At this point I'm just awaiting details on their next line up of products before taking the plunge.

No doubt, we would bring a huge element to a good product that is just failing in Customer Service. I am still waiting to hear back from LIGHTNING.

Thanks but I am getting frustrated because I still have not heard back from them! I want to be able to help the users here with the same customer service they have come to expect. I am on the horn again directly after this message to send another email, phone call and private message.

It is in a landfill now. I'm done wasting my time on a foreign company that can't stand behind their products.

Tomorrow I'm going to order a phallogauge. It is 1/3 the price, does the same damn thing, and they are based out of texas.

I suggest anyone considering a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] to save a couple hundred bucks and do the same.
