Back when I originally bought my unit, they had advertised that you would get free set of the rubber things. Months passed and I never received them. I emailed them, and it took them 8 days to reply to a simple question. They asked me the size I need and my shipping address, and they would send them. They never came.
I got tired of waiting, so I just paid for some new ones, and once they got some money, they were all over my order and shipped it to me asap.
Problem was, they shipped me the small size which was not going to work. Emailed them again, took 3 days to respond, told them about the incorrect order, and never heard from them again.
Now here we are, well over a year later, and I had ordered some new rubber sleeves once again. This time I got the correct ones.
I used it for several days, then one of the tension rods came apart. I emailed them 6 times now, and surprise surprise, no answer.
Great product, but the most terrible service I have ever encountered. So now I'm stuck with a product that is useless because the manufacturer can't take the time to respond to a simple email about a broken part.
