Hey DLD, on the peyroine workout, Can i use that as a subsititue for phase 1?
and my 2nd question is, can u explain how to do a DLD bend if i have a slight downward curve, like when i do the slinky motion, do i keep it against the curve da whole time or wen i do da slinky is up going with the curve ten against? When i get hard, I have real trouble going against the curve, like it just wont arch back, so i would have to lower my erection state. but yea, i cant do it as easily as u can in your vid. So that is why i was asking regarding the DLD bend if i have a slight downward curve, It starts to curve %75 up the shaft, the last 25% goes down on a curve
3rd question, At end of the routine it says do 7 seven sets of these. does that mean do 7 sets of DLD Peyroines Superset? or 7 sets of DLD bends?
If i worded any question that seems confusing please let me know and i will clarify, thanks DLD
