I think it would be more if you stand up cause the weight of the book is pushing you dick down vs just moving a book that laying on top of it and your body absorbs some of the weight.

Was that not the oldest Pe instructional we've seen to date? I know jelqing and hanging have been around for centuries, but how long has our capitalistic society been trying to make money off man's eternal pursuit of the next big thing?(pun intended) No offense to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] and the other pay sites, I mean without demand there is no supply.

But really, how old do you think that was? North's gettin' up there so there's quite a range of years possible.
