I used to be 5" erect girth! Then I tried Penile Fat Injections (FFT). The fat absorbed in weeks and left me with a lumpy penis!

14 months ago the new surgeon removed the FFT, did a girth enlargement with Dermal Widening Grafts, Glanular Enhancement & Penis Lengthening on me. I am 6.8" at the base and mid 6's mid shaft!

he isn't talking about his length...he is talking about his girth is 6.8" at the base...it does look extremely think at the base...what happen with the lengthening surgery? what did you get from that?

I first went to a surgeon Dr. Giunta. He peformed penis lengthening on me and 3 fat injections in 1 year! The fat absorbed each time, but after the second and third fat injections my penis was a lumpy mess! I also lost length and had painful erections from the fat in the base of my penis! I used to be 6"bp before all surgeries. A year after the Giunta surgeries I was 5.25bp! I stretched everyday to end up that length!

I then went to Dr. Krakovsky who took out the fat nodules. He then peformed lengthening on me due to my scar tissue from the ligament not being severed enough the first time! He told me Giunta only severed the ligament 30% and Dr. K severed it 90%. Then he performed Dermal Widening Grafts & Glanular Enhancement for my girth and coronal ridge of my head.

I had the surgery 14 months ago but I only stretched for 3 months after surgery. I got up to 6"nbp and 6.3"bp and I said I'm done! I'm sure I'd be closer to 7" now but I just wanted to enjoy myself without having to stretch a few hours a day!

RacHydromaxunas how does your penis feel to the touch after the surgery? Does it still feel natural/real? What is the consistency like? Are the widening implants hard when erect?

First off when I first tried fat injections, my penis lumped up and felt fake and hard when soft.

The other surgeon took out the fat, then performed Dermal Widening Grafts on my penis which feel 100% natural. My girlfriend had no idea I had any surgery done and we live together. I just told her recently I had it done and she was 100% cool with it.

There aren't any implants in my penis. Dermal Fat Grafts is my own tissue that is inserted in my penis. There is no way to detect I had it done from an expert penis toucher. rofl

I had surgery 14 months ago and I am still the same girth as I was right after surgery. I measure every month and just measured recently. I never pumped a day in my life and am happy I can always have a thick penis without doing Penis Enlargement!
