I would say well over a year, there should be an expiration date on the pills. The refrigerator will more than likely double the time the pills are good.

I was looking on the vitacost site. The twinlab zinc and L-Arginine is pretty cheap for a one year supply. I'm guessing that's the best brand you can get on that site. The rest of the stuff found in performer5 gets a little more expensive. All the supplements come out to about $100 but it's a bit less than a year supply and I didn't add the ingredients found under Dong Qaui because they only had a few mg in them to matter that much. To cut the price down I would probably just get the zinc, arginine, Muira Pauma, and maybe the pomegranate. But the first three ingredients seem like they make up most of the formula. Any suggestions to people that know supplements? What would your formula be?
