PE Times??

Is it bad if I normally workout at 8am in the morning but today I woke up late and I do it at 4pm? Can I do my 8am workout or is that too short recovery?

That is plenty of time between. I sometimes, in my earlier career, would train every hour. Best advice is to follow the healing advice of SRT.
