PE good or bad for long-term

I'm just curious is all this PE P for the penis, or is it in fact damages? Like by doing PE now when you're older are you less likely to have ED problems, or more likely? Biggest Scare is losing penis sensitivity, and or ability to climax!
 
Some sensitivity might be lost. But then again too tight shorts can do that aswell. Besides the fact that we do kegels etc.

I mean its not like the average man treats his penis nice.

If anyone finds a natural method to maintain good erection into the 80's 99% chance we will be the guys who knows how.

I mean kegels is the trick so old guys dont piss them self.

The only long-term effect of PE is a longer and thicker penis :) You will not get ED or EQ problems if you do PE corectly.

Like everyone is saying, done right there is no downside.

If it seems like you're having EQ issues, it's either due to overtraining .. doing PE too often (just back off a little bit until EQ returns) .. or else it's accumulation of environmental toxins. Try two or three tablespoons of Sunflower Lecithin per day to detox that out of your body and your EQ will rage like a teenager again.

This might be true, but I find there is another factor at work in the opposite direction .. if you've heard the phrase "like throwing a hotdog down a hallway", (not a lot of contact friction going on there) .. but with enough PE it's like you're 'throwing a pickup truck down a hallway', (it doesn't fit casually, and there's contact friction like Crazy.)

If I've ever lost any sensitivity, I can't -tell- .. because of the higher contact friction from being bigger makes the net-effect seem like more sensitivity.

My concern is I don't have any sensation down there because of my injury I just don't want to do any damage what should I look out for? Warning Signs, symptoms just let me hear em

This is also the reason we should never stop training. Keeping a maintenance routine is something that will keep us in good sexual health our entire lives. PE does not need to be active, in the sense you are still looking for size, it can be passive allowing you to stay in good working order. One routine per week is plenty to maintain and keep good sexual health.
