i have been reading other posts, but just want a definite answer - is there any point doing the PC squeezes

i have been doing them for ages and only use the Reverse kegel now when i come

won't kegels only work to our detriment as they remove length gains

of course they maintain penile health etc.

so if we do some when is the best time to do them - before the length exercises??????????????????

I am a newbie too. And I am starting to get just a little confused about all this, too. Wish an expert would give a definite answer, one way or the other. When reading these posts sometimes, it does get mindboggling.
 
Kegels are an extremely important part of Penis Enlargement. As your penis grows you will want to have a strong PC muscle in order to hold ample blood in your erection. The benefits to PC work are numerous read this post on KEGELS and REVERSE KEGELS to gain a better understanding.
 
Also, one of the earliest Penis Enlargement guides I've been able to find, called Zenno Jojido (check out Kazaa...you may find a copy, or try Google) recommends that you even lift heavy objects (as in a wet towel) with your penis using your PC muscle to maximize girth gains. The guide claims that it's an ancient Japanese art, and judging from some old Japanese paintings I've seen before depicting men with huge penises, that statement may be true. But I have a feeling it's BS.

Take it for what it's worth, but at any rate, since the beginning of internet-based Penis Enlargement resources, PC work has always been considered a must. I wouldn't skip it.
