Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

I`m a newbie and I`ve been thinking. Is it possible that If I take no days off, no matter how fatigued my penis will be and no matter that I wont be able to achieve erections at all, would this force growth in big amounts?

I mean, I hope this wouldn't destroy or kill my penis, I`ve never done this but have just thought about it conceptually.

So if I were to ignore my eventually fatigued penis and lost abillity to get an erection, and just keep going and going, do you think this would result in massive growth or just a destroyed penis?

BTW, I only do clamping and pumping. My goal is 2 inches more in girth and 1 in length. I wont do length work becasue I know it`ll come from the bathmate naturally.

I think it’s a good idea if you want to gain length-wise as i’m trying to induce that fatigue as well by hanging as many hours as possible.

For girth you shouldn’t fatigue till the point you can’t get any erections anymore. That’s counterproductive..

You can do length work 24/7 but girth work needs adequate rest.
 
You know what my thoughts are going to be LOL the more the better in my opinion. I got to where I got to because I trained every day for 12 hours. I never took a day off and I was always pushing intensity creating new exercises or tools or some other angle to increase my ability to gain.
Haha yeah, I knew actually LOL Yeah thats an immense amount of dedication, lots of respect! I know you did more than just pumping (and or clamping) also.

My idea would be to only pump and clamp, so would you still advise your approach with my routine? even though I will definitively lose my ability to get erect pretty quickly, but just keep doing it no matter what?

Also, Maybe I should do a one month experiment, just to have that as a benchmark at first to see how it goes with no rest days, but I have to admit that I`m SHIT SCARED to destroy my dick completely...................... becasue it has happened before when I went 2.5 weeks one time with no time off, and my dick was just dead for a week or more...
 
I would say to experiment a bit if you have that freedom to find out what’s going to work best. I can tell you what I do but it’s going to come down to what works for you best. So let’s try this and see how it works out and perhaps find a smart way forward.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Will do. Have thought about pumping two times a day also, one intense with clamping and then one at night or later in the day with light pressure instead.

If you can handle it the more the better. I know for me when I was going through my active gaining I was training up to 12 hours a day.

Then I`ll give it a shot soon. 12 hours is insane! Didn't you lose your ability to get erect pretty quickly? I lose my ability after a week or less if I have no breaks..

Pumping and clamping is a great start but you will be so amazed when you put a traction device like SizeGenetics or Sizedoctor in your routine! First sign for me was when I noticed new vein formation in my shaft! My erections and stamina are through the roof! Recently got the Length Master and I am happy!

Sounds cool and good but I dont know about that, I only want girth and my length will come naturaly with the pump as well.

I have never had problems with fatigue and getting any direction as most men do. Maybe because I trained so hard from the beginning or maybe it’s another thing I have done but I do not experience fatigue any longer. My erection quality is bulletproof due to how strong my pelvic floor muscles are. I no longer have sex but I want to keep my sexual system in good health.

Yeah that could be a big factor. Ì`ve started doing kegels too! I have completely forgotten to say that I have struggled with ED since 2016, and I`m only 24 now, I had my birthday recently. Anyway, I`m going to try to do my routines on my off days, but only 50% of what I do normally.

I believe THIS is our super strength!

Your re the PE ?. It sounds a little bit crazy, but looking at your results, it's not completely nut at all

On a more serious note, how sure are you all that, doing only a girth routine with the bathmate will bring length gains? And how much length gains can one make from using the bathmate for 1 year?

Any ideas?

Well I`ve used the bathamte for many months now, and I havent seen any gains at all. Maybe after a year I will see gains.. I will update on my gains here!

None what so ever, except temporary gains from clamping and pumping,then I expand up to 1.78 inches in my intense sessions, which is impressive. My size is 7.28 and 5.5 in girth. So I`m hung and waay above average, but my goal is to gain 2 inches in girth and 1 in length. My goal is to achieve this only through pumping and clamping. I do wear cockrings now after pumping and clamping, it kees expansion alooot longer.

It's strange to know that you haven't seen any gains. Have you been pumping for up to 6 months? Are you doing manual girth exercises in between each pumping set?

Yeah I`ve been doing it over 6 months now. Yeah, its beyond me that I havent made any gains. My routine is as follows:

Here is how you are suppose to train your girth:

5 to 10mins pumping
5 mins SSJ

Increase pressure every 3mins while pumping. Always be at max pressure when pumping.

How are you using your pump? If you’ve gone this long without gaining there something wrong with the routine. Let me know what you’re doing and perhaps I can help you refine that so you start seeing gains right away.

From I started I`ve used the pump 20 min non stop with no break. But just last week I looked at the instructions at my bathmate booklet and it says that must take a few seconds rest every 5 min, which has hugely helped with expansion. Its many months since I started using clamping as well and am very experienced with it now. I used to pump and then clamp, but now I clamp and them pump, my expansion is even greater.

I truly want gains, and am using the routine mentioned above, and have used it for a week, and I feel it`s working, but will have to wait another week before I can say for 100% sure.
 
Follow the routine I gave you or listen to the one from DLD. A lot of people don't gain in PE because they fail to listen to advice from those that have gained.
Yeah so I`ve heard! I`m currently following a veterans advice by the name of M9 on other discussion site, he has a known MONSTER GIRTH 101 post, and he said I should clamp then pump. Btw, Is it safe for me to share a photo of my member here? I don`t know if that`ll change anything but I have one after pumping and clamping when I`m at full expansion.

Yeah I looked over it! I only wonder, Should I do it every day, every other day? I just turned 24 and am suffering from ED, so if I workout to much my penis wont work for a while. Or maybe two days on, 1 day of, or 3 days on, 1 day off.

Going at PE on a daily basis, depending on the routine, is fine. It's about listening to your body. After pumping and clamping, as in vigorous girth routines, your EQ can go down a bit. But as long as there's no strong pain (discomfort will happen due to growth process, this is a given), all days on is fine.

You could also think of alternating with length and girth, as in 1 day length, 1 day girth, then off day, repeat. Just stay consistent.

I decided today to do 4 h with the cockrings today, to reach priapism, every other day after my routine, until I see if it does give results. I am not scared, the day I tried 3 hours with forced erection with cockrings were very successful and went great.

So If you, DLD or anyone else is interested in hearing how this progresses in results in the coming days and beyond, I can let you know.

I`m getting myself some Tesosterone treatment soon, I have low T, and have a pituitary tumor, fucking me up in all ways, including hormonally ofc. But its not lethal, but still, it fucks me the fuck up.

Maybe that tumor makes you to produce more prolactin and that kills Erections and libido, do blood test and ask your doctor for cabergoline, that should fix your problem.

I will! Just to update you again on my starting stats, I`m 7.55 in length and 5.5 in girth. My goal is 2 inches more in girth, which is my only focus first. Then maybe later I want 0.5 or 1 inch in length.

In comparison you can look at Shane Diesel and see what 7 inches of girth looks like. The fastest possible way to pack on girth is SRT 5×5×3. This routine will bring up to an inch of temporary expansion upon your first session. I suggest that you purchase the Mityvac as this will be what you need to do the 5×5×3. I can’t help myself and i’m also obsessed with girth so i’m shooting for 1 inch girth along with my length goals. That will put me at the 7” girth mark. I think the majority of women could take that and would love it.

I’ve read those dildo reviews on amazon and lots of women are raving on about those 8” x 7” dildo’s LOL.

That’s great to hear man. My natural girth is also 5.5 inches and i’d like to increase it to 7.5 inches, maybe 8 inches.

I think you need to change how you view women. It's not healthy, you shouldn't have harsh feeling's wanting revenge to get bigger.

This is simply feelings of inadequacy, insecure on your own part, and everyone has inadequacies or feelings of insecurity.

I've seen a few TV shows about men like that in the states who pretend to be someone else on the net to meet a woman in a location.

When they meet the woman gets slut shamed by a coward wearing a mask, all because he cannot deal with shit, and takes it out on all women because he cannot get a date.

Not saying you are this, but it's maybe a path towards it. I wish for men like that to realize the negative way of thinking, to look at themselves, the issue isn't outside but needs dealing from within.

All this about women wanting massive sizes is the minority, a fetish. Nothing wrong with it, just don't take that literally.

I wish MOS to have a section on changing men's unhealthy mindset towards women, and we should do more being entirely male here, and challenge views that seem unhealthy or going too far one way.

Yep that's a reality a negative outlook towards women is harmful n is a waste of time,I'm really focused on my size unfortunately time is a luxury, mentally n phisycally drained sometimes.Im going to have a measurement January 2020 looking for good news!! I don't invest that much time,but I have to gain at least an inch in length

You mean kegels? I`m trying to do them as much as I can every day. I saw a vid and a post from you saying they should be done as many times a day as possible. Or have you changed your mind and think I should have a routine that is a certain number of reps, sets and how long to hold each kegel?
