I just started doing exercises and am doing jelqs im doing 2 sets of 300 and am going to go up to 2 sets of 600 should I do more and if so how much. Also do you have to be hard, semi or flacid for the jelqs to work the best.
 
I would avoid over-jelqing because that may cause injury, most of the time I limit myself to 400 (20 mins) of jelqing and then do some edging, pseudo-Ulis and a testicle massage.

Just flaccid jelqes don't work (You need something in there to push around and cause the tissues to expand) and jelqing <50% causes the baseball bat effect because there is little pressure when you first start to jelq and a massive amount of pressure when you get to the head.

In my opinion, I would do 15-20 mins of 70%< jelqes to get the maximum effect. You arn't overtraining, but you give your penis a damn good workout.
 
How have you trained up to this point? What erection level have you used? I think this varies from man to man, I have always trained at 100% erect (see my post on the penis is a bag) I have always views a reduction in erection level while jelqing to be more of a length exercise.
 
DLD- not to be a pain in the ass, but about that 75% girth increase you so look for, I just had my girth session, in about an hour of straight jelqing, I only get my girth up 1/2", this is with a clamp on ( don't worry, I am seasoned). any thoughts or just continue. Also an hour a day, untill the next night, is this to much time to lapst?
