ok i jus want to praise the DLD newbie stretch routine

This past week i was on holidays with my family.. and since we were away all day and jus back for bed at night... i havent had time to Penis Enlargement much.. every night before showerin i did the newbie stretches and some A stretchs.... then when i got into bed i got a full erection and held a few uli's at the base..

i had no time to jelq or wrap etc as i usually do.. do over last week i gained 0.25 inch in erect length.. my first length gains... and its because i had to concentrate on doin more stretches rather than the very few stretches i usually did...

im pleased... lol

Congrats man!! Yea - that's how I made my first gains. I did LOTS of stretching - sometimes 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes. Did more stretching than jelks - and gained a little over 3/4 inch in 4.5 months. If you are as stoked as I am, we'll continue to make gains and add another inch by New Years!!

^yea i was amazed..

my junk always has been 5 2/8 on the ruler and last sunday i didnt do any Penis Enlargement i left it as a rest day.. but i decided before bed to measure.. i wasnt expecting any gains... and i thought maybe 1mm lol. so i was very happy when i read off 5.5 inch....

damn imagine it was possible to gain an inch a month! no but i know gains slow down so that wont happen
