This is a realy off topic question:

Having a long penis helps a whole lot. I've seen many videos of people doing it and none of them were small. I'm guessing anything over around 7 and you'd be ok. Anything under that will take a lot of work, but its still possible.

The way it is easiest done is laying down, then rolling back, keeping your head still. You are basically going head over heels laying down.
