maybe your health wasn't up to par? i remmeber one time i was feeling kinda sick and i didn't eat anything all day and i couldnt get it up. maybe you should eat more and take some vitamins. and lay off ejaculation for a day or 2.

Nerdy, its totally due to tissue fatigue, lay off for a few days and they will go back to normal. You better get used to this as it will happen everytime you up the intensity of a workout.

what i do is kegel. i have the same problem. if i don't keep up with kegeling it's hard to get a full erection and even if i have one i notice it's harder to maintain. do a bunch of kegels every day and you should be fine

Heh am i positive? I dont know anything about you, your workouts your anatomy. But they probably will. I mean like rest for like a few days, you wont lose your gains. Gains arent really that easy to lose.
