Is it possible that not doing enough kegels is hiding the gains that you made because you dont have enough blood to fill up the stretched length that you have?
 
Its strange you ask this because today I felt soo stretched from clamping that I had to click one more tooth on it :)

I have always seen Kegels as a very important part of the PE process. When I got involved with PE Kegels were an exercise made for women after they gave birth to tighten their vaginal muscles. A handful of men (including myself), at the time, were doing Kegels. Most of the guys that were practicing Kegels kind of faded away. When I gave my first measurements after 6 months of PE, which were record gains (2" x .25" in 6 months) many men looked to Kegels as being the reason for my fast gains. Kegels eventually caught on and in 2002 I proposed a new exercise called Reverse Kegels that were used in the exercise DLD Blasters. DLD Blasters became the biggest length exercise ever created, featured in every forum and receiving more views and feedback than any other threads. So today, we know that Kegels and Reverse Kegels are very important in gaining size. One reason for the reasons Kegels are so important is they allow you to hold more blood in your penis which will allow you to have your maximum natural size. As you grow and expand and elongate you will need strong pelvic floor muscles to support more blood in the penis.

Reverse Kegels play a much different role. They create a void of pelvic floor muscle hold back, allowing the user to stretch the penis with no interference from the PFM's. yes it is possible..also if your PC muscle is weak,you will have weak erections also.
