how are you measuring your balls, both together are equal to 4.5 in circumferance as if your doing the "brain" from waiting or each nut is 4.5 cause if each is 4.5 i think you gotta develope a better masterbation routine. but for what your asking mine depending on how much action im getting the circumferance of my nuts are bigger then that of my dick, but I was told when i was born i had some pretty big nutts.
