You should be questioning duration, it is just as important, if not more important than intensity. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extenders[/words] have a relatively light pull compared to manual stretching, and over time are scientifically proven to produce gains. Pulling your ass off for a few minutes won't get you very far, and could lead to an injury, so just be careful because it sounds like you are going pretty hard.
I'm not RR04, for the record. And I apologize if none of this makes sense... I cobbled together some thoughts as I'm fighting off a migraine and my thinking may not be entirely clear.
I've always said that the simplified equation for length gains is (Intensity) X (Duration) + (Fatigue) = Long-Ass Dick. I think I've stated it differently where I used "recovery" but I think fatigue is even more appropriate. One of my aims is to keep my dick in a constant state of fatigue. I do that through frequent, intense stretching.
I would argue that with regard to manual stretching, duration means TOTAL duration over the course of a time period, let's say a day. So that means not only how long you're holding each stretch, but the frequency of the stretching. I believe that as long as the intensity and total duration are equal, 2 stretching sessions per day are better than 1, even if they are each half as long. It gives your fatigue less time to decrease in between. 4 stretching sessions is better than 2, again assuming the total duration and intensity is the same.
You're absolutely correct that going far towards one end of the spectrum, with extreme duration and low intensity can product gains. That's what [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] devices do.
I would also argue that the other end of the spectrum, with extreme intensity and relatively low duration, can also product gain. That's the end I heavily lean towards, and I'm now at 3" in length gains, 1.5" of which has photographic documentation.
I probably spend less then 30 minutes on manual stretching, on average. There are days where it's more, but that's uncommon. My "secret" is that those stretches are very intense AND are spread throughout the day, to maximize fatigue (or minimize recovery, to think of it a different way) .
Yes, this is more likely to cause injury! Take heed, brothers! Learn your body and work up to maximal intensity over time!
