Here is some advice I wish I followed sooner:
Take a BPFSL measurement.
Use this as An or The indicator for your gains.
From my own experience EL comes much later than BPFSL. We have discussed this many times and basically no one knows why or when, or exactly how much. We just know it follows.
Nothing is more accurate than BPFSL and mentally you dont have to get camara shy about photos (which are hard to do for most of us erect).
Had I based my gains of EL only I probably would have quit several months into all the hanging I did, as they barely changed after my first half inches of BPFSL Gain! Then they started creeping up and still are.
