So I don't really have the time to be doing exercises but I do have 30min a day that I can do to be hanging and some girth routines. I am starting today for the first time Hanging. I am starting out with 10lbs as I saw DLD recommend to start to another person just starting out. I am going to do this for 30 min and then some dry jelqs. And of course kegels throughout the day :cool: I am thinking of starting a progress thread in the progress section. Not sure yet.

30 minutes of hanging is good but may not be enough time but the only way to tell is by trying it. Hanging will do little for girth gains (accept at the base) and if you want to gain girth you will need to include girth exercises. I think you would be better served by skipping he hanging, go for the SizeGenetics [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words], this way you can get hours of stretching in while you do other tasks leaving that 30 minutes you do have to do girth work. make sense?

Would a warm-down also be the way to go?

One warm up for the day should be fine, even if you will be hanging all day. A mini-warm-up, through massage, can be done in between sets.
 
Read the hanging sticky threads in this forum, particularly the "how to" type threads. Hanging works, but is not something to take lightly. You definitely will not be starting right away with 10lbs and for 30 minutes. Limit your first sets to 10 minutes each until you understand how your penis will take to hanging. What are you hanging with device wise?
 
His SWM, I an new to hanging and have a few questions. First, is it normal to feel the lower skin of the abdomen pulling while hanging? Not uncomfortably so,just tight. Secondly, is it also normal to feel an occasional ache the next day? Not pain per se, but like a twinge once in awhile. I am using a homemade hanger from your diagrams. Thanks alot
