I've been lurking at the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] forums over many years now. I even got a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] but never fully did the exercises with any consistency. I've decided that I want to change this and want to get into high gear.

Current Status -
Currently I'm an average of 6" x 4.75" (erect). My goal is to hit 8" x 6" by December 2014 - this is unlikely target I know, but I really would like to give it my all and get as much as I can by then. I want both girth and length so I'm going to need to put in a solid amount of work.

Background -
Once did manual stretches (~ 2009) and I believe I once measured myself at 7" (length) but it's gone back to 6" as of right now. I might be a bit of a hard gainer :) I've been doing sessions with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] - 1 session of ~ 35 mins (no sets, just 1 set) after my gym workouts. This isn't really the right way to do it, I'm beginning to realize that now. I've noticed that as soon as I go above 30 mins I get fluid retention and by morning I'm pretty much back to normal again. Perhaps my intense gym sessions are affecting my EQ in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]?

I could do it on alternate days or stick to one routine everyday. I'm planning to train 7 days a week barring any issues. I'm also thinking about buying an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or start hanging. Hanging seems complicated so I'll have to do my homework regarding that. I also need to learn what SSJs and ULIs are, so will look into that as well.

As a newbie with a tough goal to achieve in the next 6 months, I would really appreciate all the feedback and input you guys could provide. Should I go the hanging route or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? I will also try to start a progress thread to keep myself accountable to this goal. I'm really keen and a bit desperate to achieve my goal, so any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi chump,

I can't really offer you advice on hanging or extending as I have done neither of those. However, I believe you should try to ease into a more complex PE routine. You only have one dick - don't break it! Apply what you know from gym workouts to PE. It would be counterproductive to recommend an advanced weight routine to someone who has never lifted before. I think you should return to the manual stretches (and add jelqs) until you are back at the 7" mark, then progress to a more advanced routine.
