hi, im new here and have been looking around the forum trying to get some information before i start Penis Enlargement, athough the forum is very helpfull im struggling abit to cope with all the information and terms. could someone please outline where i should start, like what exercises i should do, how many times and what each exercise involves also do i need to buy anything because if theres a way of doing it without buying anything iy would be greatly prefered.

Newbie forum. That's the first place you should focus on. You needn't buy a thing really. I've made plenty of girth gains for example with my hands and very inexpensive cable clamps.
