I just finished with a 2 hrs on each side..The first two hrs was good. My second 2 hrs I had a bit of Puffiness and Swelling..I think I used too much pressure for just stretching for the second 2 hrs..I am
Hanging also 2/30 min sets of 10 lbs in the morning and the same in the evening with the
SS and sometimes if I turn it in too much I get the same effect..Have to remember 1 full turn is suffice for 10 lbs, I might go 1 and a half turns or a tad more is where I get the swelling,especially underneath the glans and the urethra opening. I have been using Tape for the Glans for the past week and it works dam good. Nexcare absolute waterproof Ruban tape on the whole glans area the same length as what the
cap covers instead of the glans

cap on me seems to pull off a bit when I hang and it leaves a air pocket at the tip which causes urethra swelling. For my evening hang I will put the
Cap on and secure it all around at the bottom tape to keep it from slipping off and see if this works. "Anyone else having the Glans

MosGrip on the Glans without the tape and see it keeps the
Cap from pulling up 1/4 inch when
hanging..That Grip stuff really keeps the Silisleeve nice and secure for
hanging 10 lbs. I was getting some slippage before at 9/10 lbs without the Grip and now that I use it on the shaft, it's Snug as a Bug in a Rug. Dam good stuff....I think I just never put enough on the glans area to keep the
cap from moving, just concentrating it on the shaft. Will test it out tonight and report back !
