6" flaccid circumference translates to a 1.9" diameter, so a 2" SiliStretcher is the choice.

5" flaccid circumference translates to a 1.6" diameter, so a 2" would be a bit too big but good for growth. I would squeeze into a 1.5" SiliStretcher since you're stretching flaccid, as long as you do your pumping sessions after stretching. When you have to upgrade to a 2" down the road, that's a good thing.

Remember, bigger is not always better in this case.

great thnx bro will let him know and will be ordering hopefully soon

Just send a note in the note section on the order that you want a 2" SiliStretcher. We removed them from the shop because people were ordering them and sending back because they are too big for them.

Has anybody figured out how to wear this out in public? There's no way for me lol this big ole piston is obvious. No way of hiding it

Piston doesn't even rest in my junk area. If I'm stretching up and to the side it're more up on the outside of my pelvis. When I strap up around my shoulder going straight up its just below my belly button

There is really nothing on the market you can stretch upward all day with tight shirts and pants unless you use a noose and risk circulation cut off and get gangrene. Penis enlargement ain't that serious. It's about keeping safe and making gains. Take your time and go easy.

Wear lose clothes. The idea for ADS is side stretching and down stretching and wear loose clothes.

Update: We are developing a new heavier SiliSleev called the "SiliSleev Duro" for heavy weight hanging with the SiliStretcher . We are aiming to have them available within 6 weeks. They will be the same great elastic durable SiliSleev but much more durable with a thicker wall. We will send a complimentary one out to each SiliStretcherowner if you cover shipping.

Definitely needed! I want to go beyond 20 pounds! If I could double that weight I could create an unbelievable routine based on the new SRT theory of going from light to heavy, riding the fatigue as we increase weight. So excited!!!!!??

I have been hanging and stretching with the silistretcher for a couple weeks now.

First attempt didn't work at all and I was pretty bummed. Found some pin holes in the sleeve, swapped it out with another and it sorta worked. It would stretch the sleeves too far and my glans would leave the cylinder so I doubled up on the sleeves.

That helped and I feel a much better grip, but now the issue is that when I attach 5lbs the piston wants to unscrew itself! so I have to hold the piston while hanging which is a pain. it would be sweet to be able to lock the piston so it doesn't unscrew. any thoughts on what is going on? I ordered the 2" size as I always seem to get an erection while using an ads and didn't want the 1.5" to be too tight when that happens. Perhaps the 2" size is too large?

Also, the housing has a very small chip at the end where the silisleeves attach. I don't think it is bad enough to cause loss of vacuum but though I would mention that for the sake of the review.

Overall I like the design and look forward to using it but I need to figure out how to prevent the piston from unscrewing while hanging. Oh and I did sleep with it strapped to my leg one night and it worked ot ok, it got a little uncomfortable with the morning wood but wasn't a big problem. fortunately my wife approves of my cock Kung fu as I am able to multi task and getr done without taking much time away from other priorities. That is what is great about devices as I can't dedicate hours of stretching and jelqing, got too much to do other priorities. Slow and steady, make it part of the daily routine like brushing your teeth.

Thank you for the awesome review on the 2" SiliStretcher, glad your wife approves of it and yeah it's great to be able to wear it all day. That is a big cup to sleep in, happy to hear it is working out for you. What is your flaccid head girth?

Two options to lock the piston knob from un-turning.

Option 1: Start with the piston already retracted to 3 full turns before applying the SiliStretcher. This way the piston will be fully retracted and locked when you apply vacuum for the final turns. The piston knob gets 5 full turns before being fully retracted and locked.

Option 2: Sometimes there is too much lube that eases the piston gliding. Remove piston by fully extracting it and wipe away silicon lube on piston rings and inside SiliStretcher and put back together. This prevent the Piston from easily gliding.

You only need one full turn of the SiliStretcher knob to create 10 in-Hg of vacuum which is capable of hanging 10lbs. Two full turns is 15 in-Hg. and capable of hanging up to 18-20lbs.

We are releasing the new SiliSleev Duro sleeves within 6 weeks and they are engineered for heavier hanging with the Silistretcher.

We can replace your SiliStretcher if it has a chip. Just send a picture via PM and we will shoot you out a new one Monday morning.

Thank you for sharing, and please keep us updated!

I eventually exchanged my size doctor for the silistretcher. I received the silistretcher yesterday and I've started using it today.

I used to be a proud owner of a Phallosan fort before and I can confidently tell you that you cannot compare the stretch of the Phallosan with that of the Silistretcher.

If you are not a Vet in PE, I suggest you don't start stretching at max tension with the silistretcher right away. You might just hurt yourself because the stretch from the silistretcher is very very intense. The Phallosan fort is trash when compared with the silistretcher both in terms of comfort and stretching intensity.

The silistretcher also came with some weights but I'm not going to hang for now until I've at least used the silistretcher for 3-6 months.

I've now added the silistretcher to my routine. I'm currently wearing the silistretcher at a very high tension but not the max. Do not wear the silistretcher at max tension at your first stretching set, wait for the day to go by and allow your balls sack to be a bit loose before using the silistretcher to stretch at max tension. Below is new routine henceforth:

Length Master Mandingo Stretches: 20mins
2 hours stretch with the silistretcher

Length Master Mandingo Stretches: 20mins
2 hours stretch with the silistretcher

Length Master Mandingo Stretches: 20mins
2 hours stretch with the silistretcher

I stretch at a very high tension (but not the max tension) during my first 2 hours stretch with the silistretcher in the morning.

I start stretching at max tension from noon. Follow my advice and you will gain massively with the silistretcher.

Henceforth, I will be updating this progress log daily with my routine at the end of the day. I will also measure on the 1st of July.

Awesome thanks for the tips. I did both options and it is working great!

I will pm you with the picture of the chip.

Right there with you Brother!

Edison was fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive." As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison replied, "I didn't fail 1,000 times. I found 1000 ways NOT to make light bulb”

I got mine today in perfect condition with the sleeves! :)
Package said exercise device, which is true. I tried it just quickly, it's sturdy and I have a gut feeling I'll be making good gains this year.
(monkey)

I'll get on a short session tonight to get a feel of it, I'm quite excited!
On a sidenote, the carrying case is nice, easy to store the tool when needed.
I'll be giving more indepth review within a week, keep on gaining Brothers!

This is great information!
Thanks to everyone for writing about issues and solutions.
Definitely a big help having purchased the silistretcher.
The instructions are easy and straight forward and then it’s a plus to continue to get advice on it when people are writing about issues.

One thing I was able to do to reuse silisleeve that had small holes in it because I used to much pressure, is simply put it on with holes towards the shaft instead of towards the silistretcher, you know with the thick part of the silisleeves towards me and was able to maintain suction again.
I know I have 4 silisleeves, but just wanted to share in case you find yourself wanting to reuse one of the sleeves while you get another sent.

I just realized there are two diameters for the Silistretcher. Guess it all worked out when I ordered it because I got the 1.5" wide version, and just so happens my soft glans is 1.56" across! LOL

Nice, there are actually three sizes, 1.1", 1.5" & 2", we took the 2" off the shop page, it is a special request.

Wearing the thicker part of the silisleev toward the pelvic provides more retention and grip. For extra grip, wear the longer silisleev the same way and fold it over.

This SiliStretcher is sooo comfortable ???????

I am done with compression hanging..... At least for now, I am curious to find out what the SiliStretcher will do at heavy weights and I am also waiting on the new silicone sleeve “duro” with the thicker walls.

Now I can go 5-6 hours straight without any interruptions. Thank you MOS !

You’re welcome my brother! Please go and post this in the store under reviews in the SiliStretcher section. People who are not on the forum need to see these reviews. I’m so happy for you!

Post reviews here?

Here is the new inline SiliScale for the SiliStretcher. It measures tension up to 55lbs/ 25Kg in Pounds & Kilograms. This is a really great add on to monitor constant tension when using the SiliStretcher as an ADS.

It can be attached with the linkage as shown so it can be removed when not needed for hanging. Or upon request, we can eliminate the linkage and attach it directly and permanently to the SiliStretcher knob to shorten it by 1.5" (38mm).

I already have a silistretcher, is this an add on?

This is great because now you guys will be able to recommend a certain tension or I can see if I was using too much tension.

That’s exactly what I was thinking I can actually give people specific tensions to go by when creating a routines making things more intense for those who are more advanced and creating lighter routines for beginners.??

It's cool that MoS keeps the fire burning, as in going further and introducting updates! :)

I've been using my Silistretcher now pretty much daily, wearing it right now actually. It's so comfortable in most settings (I like to wear it on my hip and wear a very loose shirt), learning curve is relatively small.
Overall I'm very pleased, my first ADS, I'm glad Silistretcher has that spot!

The upcoming scale will surely help getting those gains for sure, as in knowing the exact tension one is using.
More and more things are getting to the exact point, being able to use certain force and introduce more in the future.

Going to keep up with my "routines", happy gaining Brothers!

I have not tried the Silistretcher without the silicap, but have had some fluid retention on glans tip probably from too much pressure and the silicap sliding forward a bit.

I know some have mentioned using Silistretcher without cap has helped with not getting fluid retention, so I am thinking of trying this as well.

Any thoughts of having somekind insert you can drop into the silistretcher cup that maybe has a raised lip that would keep the glans from touching the plastic rod or side walls of the cup. Just a thought for those that want to wear without the silicap.
A silicushion if you will.

We already have one in the works. Its a silicone cup that conforms to the head of the penis and fills the void.

SiliCaps shipped yesterday and today.

How many half turns are you doing on the SIliStretcher? It sounds like you are using excessive vacuum.
Remember, one full turn is 10 Hg which is allot of vacuum concentrated on the glans.

2 half turns
Maybe I should try with only one half turn.

To accurately monitor the turns, mark one of the wings on the piston knob with a sharpie/marker to track how many rotations.

New SiliStretcher Updates for April

New Contoured SIliPad for Fluid Retention

We are making the most comfortable ADS even more comfortable by adding a contoured silicone SIliPad to fill the voids to help keep the glans stable and contoured inside the SIliStretcher. In most cases, this will eliminate the need for the SiliCap and help eliminate fluid retention/puffiness/sensitivity to the glans during long periods of use and heavy hanging.

New Hanger Attachment for Heavy Hanging
For heavy weight hanging, we are eliminating the SIliStretcher wire loop attachment and beefing it up it with a small stainless steel eye to connect to the weight arbor and ADS belt. This upgrade will shorten the SiliStretcher attachment and make it less conspicuous when using the SIliScale.

New SiliSleev Duros for Heavy Hanging
New SiliSleev Duros will be a harder durometer and longer lasting silicon sleeve with less stretch to hang heavier weight. They will be available in four diameters .22mm, 25mm, 28mm & 31mm to accommodate all penis sizes.
