Are those flaccid measurements? The 6" is huge flaccid
yeah flaccid measurements he got his girth through pumping he's a shower.. he is 6" flaccid and between 6.2-6.5 erect

6" flaccid circumference translates to a 1.9" diameter, so a 2" SiliStretcher is the choice.
5" flaccid circumference translates to a 1.6" diameter, so a 2" would be a bit too big but good for growth. I would squeeze into a 1.5" SiliStretcher since you're stretching flaccid, as long as you do your pumping sessions after stretching. When you have to upgrade to a 2" down the road, that's a good thing.
Remember, bigger is not always better in this case.
Update: We are developing a new heavier SiliSleev called the "SiliSleev Duro" for heavy weight hanging with the SiliStretcher . We are aiming to have them available within 6 weeks. They will be the same great elastic durable SiliSleev but much more durable with a thicker wall. We will send a complimentary one out to each SiliStretcherowner if you cover shipping.
I have been hanging and stretching with the silistretcher for a couple weeks now.
First attempt didn't work at all and I was pretty bummed. Found some pin holes in the sleeve, swapped it out with another and it sorta worked. It would stretch the sleeves too far and my glans would leave the cylinder so I doubled up on the sleeves.
That helped and I feel a much better grip, but now the issue is that when I attach 5lbs the piston wants to unscrew itself! so I have to hold the piston while hanging which is a pain. it would be sweet to be able to lock the piston so it doesn't unscrew. any thoughts on what is going on? I ordered the 2" size as I always seem to get an erection while using an ads and didn't want the 1.5" to be too tight when that happens. Perhaps the 2" size is too large?
Also, the housing has a very small chip at the end where the silisleeves attach. I don't think it is bad enough to cause loss of vacuum but though I would mention that for the sake of the review.
Overall I like the design and look forward to using it but I need to figure out how to prevent the piston from unscrewing while hanging. Oh and I did sleep with it strapped to my leg one night and it worked ot ok, it got a little uncomfortable with the morning wood but wasn't a big problem. fortunately my wife approves of my cock Kung fu as I am able to multi task and getr done without taking much time away from other priorities. That is what is great about devices as I can't dedicate hours of stretching and jelqing, got too much to do other priorities. Slow and steady, make it part of the daily routine like brushing your teeth.
Awesome thanks for the tips. I did both options and it is working great!Thank you for the awesome review on the 2" SiliStretcher, glad your wife approves of it and yeah it's great to be able to wear it all day. That is a big cup to sleep in, happy to hear it is working out for you. What is your flaccid head girth?
Two options to lock the piston knob from un-turning.
Option 1: Start with the piston already retracted to 3 full turns before applying the SiliStretcher. This way the piston will be fully retracted and locked when you apply vacuum for the final turns. The piston knob gets 5 full turns before being fully retracted and locked.
Option 2: Sometimes there is too much lube that eases the piston gliding. Remove piston by fully extracting it and wipe away silicon lube on piston rings and inside SiliStretcher and put back together. This prevent the Piston from easily gliding.
You only need one full turn of the SiliStretcher knob to create 10 in-Hg of vacuum which is capable of hanging 10lbs. Two full turns is 15 in-Hg. and capable of hanging up to 18-20lbs.
We are releasing the new SiliSleev Duro sleeves within 6 weeks and they are engineered for heavier hanging with the Silistretcher.
We can replace your SiliStretcher if it has a chip. Just send a picture via PM and we will shoot you out a new one Monday morning.
Thank you for sharing, and please keep us updated!
I just realized there are two diameters for the Silistretcher. Guess it all worked out when I ordered it because I got the 1.5" wide version, and just so happens my soft glans is 1.56" across! LOL
This is great information!
Thanks to everyone for writing about issues and solutions.
Definitely a big help having purchased the silistretcher.
The instructions are easy and straight forward and then it’s a plus to continue to get advice on it when people are writing about issues.
One thing I was able to do to reuse silisleeve that had small holes in it because I used to much pressure, is simply put it on with holes towards the shaft instead of towards the silistretcher, you know with the thick part of the silisleeves towards me and was able to maintain suction again.
I know I have 4 silisleeves, but just wanted to share in case you find yourself wanting to reuse one of the sleeves while you get another sent.
Alright. Sounds good. Maybe I’m just dumb and ordered the wrong size or somethingIt's impossible for the SiliStretcher to lose vacuum unless you cracked the actual unit or have a hole in the SiliSleev. You can return it and we can test it and/or replace it if needed. First dip it in bleach water to sanitize it.

This SiliStretcher is sooo comfortable ???????
I am done with compression hanging..... At least for now, I am curious to find out what the SiliStretcher will do at heavy weights and I am also waiting on the new silicone sleeve “duro” with the thicker walls.
Now I can go 5-6 hours straight without any interruptions. Thank you MOS !
You’re welcome my brother! Please go and post this in the store under reviews in the SiliStretcher section. People who are not on the forum need to see these reviews. I’m so happy for you!
Post reviews here?
Done ? My review is on the MOS shop
Yes! Absolute must. Love the innovations. Here is the new inline SiliScale for the SiliStretcher. It measures tension up to 55lbs/ 25Kg in Pounds & Grams. This is a really great add on to monitor tension when using the SiliStretcher as an ADS.
It can be attached with the linkage as shown so it can be removed when not needed for hanging. Or upon request, we can eliminate the linkage and attach it directly and permanently to the SiliStretcher knob to shorten it by 1.5" (38mm).

I already have a silistretcher, is this an add on?Here is the new inline SiliScale for the SiliStretcher. It measures tension up to 55lbs/ 25Kg in Pounds & Grams. This is a really great add on to monitor constant tension when using the SiliStretcher as an ADS.

This is great because now you guys will be able to recommend a certain tension or I can see if I was using too much tension.

Is the upgrade free for those who already have a SiliStretcher? just need to pay postage? or, is this a new separate add on.

I have not tried the Silistretcher without the silicap, but have had some fluid retention on glans tip probably from too much pressure and the silicap sliding forward a bit.
I know some have mentioned using Silistretcher without cap has helped with not getting fluid retention, so I am thinking of trying this as well.
Any thoughts of having somekind insert you can drop into the silistretcher cup that maybe has a raised lip that would keep the glans from touching the plastic rod or side walls of the cup. Just a thought for those that want to wear without the silicap.
A silicushion if you will.

Everyone that has ordered a SiliStretcher and leaves a recent revoew on the SiliStretcher in ShopMOS will receive a free SiliScale. You will be required to pay shipping (roughly $3.00 in the US).
Just send me a PM with your real name and email once your review is up.
2 half turnsHow many half turns are you doing on the SIliStretcher? It sounds like you are using excessive vacuum.
Remember, one full turn is 10 Hg which is allot of vacuum concentrated on the glans.
Thanks for the tip Lightning! To accurately monitor the turns, mark one of the wings on the piston knob with a sharpie/marker to track how many rotations.
