New member - greetings + question

Hello, new to the forum.
I've always felt that my penis was not quite the size where it should be. I will start Penis Enlargement as soon as I do a little bit more research around this forum!
I have a few questions:

1. How to make a cheap and simple hanger that works?

2. why does the head of my penis never get full, like it does when I am jelqing? when I normally get aroused and get wood, the head is never full... why.... and how to change that?

I don't know why your head doesn't get full, but if jeqling fills it up, then carry on!
