I'd like to propose what could be the most powerful girth exercise. However, instead of pressing/squashing with a hand on top, let's do something much better. Cup that hand over the glans/top of the penis. Now, find a wall. Instead of limiting the squash part of this exercise with upper body strength, you will be using the wall and your body weight to greatly improve this part of this exercise. See, leaning against the wall with your body weight, you can vary the pressure applied, but also have limitless pressure available to use.
