New Hybrid Girth Exercise: Slow Squash Jelq/Wall Press

I'd like to propose what could be the most powerful girth exercise. It's a hybrid of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] followed as DLD already describes. However, instead of pressing/squashing with a hand on top, let's do something much better. Cup that hand over the glans/top of the penis. Now, find a wall. Instead of limiting the squash part of this exercise with upper body strength, you will be using the wall and your body weight to greatly improve this part of this exercise. See, leaning against the wall with your body weight, you can vary the pressure applied, but also have limitless pressure available to use.

increasing the pressure when the weight is applied mmm yeah man may be not only a wall but we can use some other objects and press the glans against...good stuff

This variation of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] does already exist. Idk if you invented it years ago and just want it to bring it back into the light with this thread or someone else, but as a matter of fact I read about the Slow Squash Wall Jelq some time ago and have practiced it since then with success. That said, it's an efficient [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]-variation that allows to save a lot of strength.

Edit: here's an 8 years old thread in which you yourself refer to the originator of this modification, the user "Pepepe" (couldn't find his thread on first glance). Guess, you must've forgotten about it.

I don't recall the Pepepe thread but I do love this variation. I think that with the SlowSqashJelq many manipulations can be used once the trapped position is created. For me I try to manipulate the tissue in every way possible whether it is squashes, bends, compressions, and the way Stillwantmore has brought forward. The exercise is very intuitive and things are very visual so expansion can be seen easily to know if it is working or not. Thank Still for the variation.

If I i understand the exercise correctly, all that needs to be done is an OK grip at the base and then press the glans against the wall while still holding the OK grip, correct?

You kind of want to squish them together.
But mostly from the top to the bottom.
