I been hip to Penis Enlargement for a minute, but I was never serious or commited. I smack myself in the face for realizing if I had been commited I'd be where I want to be, but anyway just like exercise it's something you must continually do for a while. We don't get what we want my wishing, we get want we want by doing. Life gives us what we fight for, not for what we want ya dig.
Anyway, I've seen different sites and have seen another one with a different work out plan, so I want to know?
1) How many different exercises should you do. Is there one kind of jelq, and stretches that is better than the rest or should you focus on 2-3 like you would your arms, back and chest.
2) How many minutes should you devote? Is 10 enough? or 20?
3) I've seen sites that may kinda go against each other, some saying don't jelq in the shower, some saying do, imo it would make sense not to so you can focus more time and effort, but if you don't live alone like me the shower would be a good time.
4) Anything you guys eat that makes a difference.
I'm hip to the PC exercises as well. Should you do those everyday or is 3-4 times a week good.
